Delivery Areas & Methods
We provide home delivery within all the coverage areas of Pathao Courier. Please note that for some remote locations where home delivery is unavailable, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest Pathao point for collection.
Inside Dhaka
For orders placed inside the Dhaka city area, you can typically expect your parcel to arrive within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation.
Outside Dhaka
For locations outside the Dhaka city area, delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days to reach your doorstep.
Unforeseen Delays
While we always try our best to deliver on time, please understand that shipping may take longer during special circumstances. This includes national issues, or during severe natural disasters. We appreciate your patience and kind consideration during such events.
